Synopsis Film The Fifth Element

A pulsating black ball hurtles towards Earth, obliterating everything in its path. Every five thousand years, a ‘Great Evil’ appears, and the only way to defeat it is to combine four elements (earth, wind,

fire, and water) into a fifth, powerful one. The Mondoshawans, an alien race from outer space, arrive in 1914 to extract these elemental stones.

Once on Earth, they use a reconstitution device to create a perfect human female called Leeloo, who is designed to embody the Fifth Element.

She takes a tumble in a cab and ends up in the care

of Korben Dallas, a former special forces major who tries to save her from the evil industrialist Zorg (Gary Oldman).

As they search for the fourth and final stone needed for the Fifth Element, Leeloo meets with Priest Vito Cornelius (Ian Holm), who recognizes her as the fifth element and gives her a mission: to

retrieve the stones and assemble them into an interdimensional weapon against the Evil. The ensuing battle between the Mondoshawans and shape-shifting Mangalores (the film’s villains)

involves many dazzling effects, including an animated dinosaur on stilts, and the most elaborate rigged radio contest you’ve ever seen.

The Fifth Elemen is a strange synthesis of science fiction, myth, and magic that manages to be both clever and frightening while still managing to stand up as a piece of cinematic art. It’s loud and dark,

funny and scary, and heavy-handed but also full of mesmerizing and carefully rendered detail.

The Fifth Element is not without its flaws, but the more you look at it, the more you realize that it is an absolute masterpiece. You’ll never see a better combination of technology, visuals and

storytelling in any other movie ever made. It is a cinematic ode to the human propensity for violence, and it proves that you don’t have to be afraid of the darkness in order to fight back.

Cast Film The Fifth Element

The Fifth Element, directed by Luc Besson and co-written by Besson and Robert Mark Kamen, is one of the most popular and critically acclaimed sci-fi movies ever made. The film has been

released in many languages worldwide and has received several awards for its amazing storyline and acting.

The starring cast of this action-packed sci-fi movie features Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich, and Gary Oldman. The actors are well known in their fields and have appeared in many other films.

Bruce Willis plays Korben Dallas, a rough-around-the-edges cab driver who was previously a soldier for the Federated Army under the Special Forces. He finds his life turned upside down when

he gets into a cab inhabited by the Fifth Element, an enigmatic super being. As he becomes friends with Leeloo (Jovovich) and Diva Plavalaguna, a sexy alien woman who has been trained by the

Mondoshawans to keep the Elemental Stones safe, his life changes from a boring, cynical, jaded cabbie into a selfless, heroic, genuinely loving guy.

Leeloo is a human incarnation of the Fifth Element, an intergalactic super being prophesized to defeat an evil entity known as The Great Evil. She was reconstructed from the severed forearm of

Ruby Rhod

Film The Fifth Element the original Fifth Element by human scientists and is the avatar of the supernatural force of good. She possesses incredible strength, agility, stamina, intelligence, and is a fighter without equal.

She is also capable of displaying tremendous emotional fragility, expressing deep sadness when she learns about how humanity has been selfish and violent towards one another.

Milla Jovovich is an American actress best known for her role in The Fifth Element. She has appeared in many other movies, including He Got Game and both Zoolander movies.

Gary Oldman is an American actor who has worked in a variety of films and TV shows. He has been in many other popular movies,

but his performance in The Fifth Element was his breakout role. He has continued to work and star in many other movies.

Luc Besson originally cast Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts in the lead roles, but they were unable to make The Fifth Element due to their busy tour schedules at the time.

The director later shared a sketch of Prince’s planned costume on Twitter and remembered the casting that almost was.

Director Luc Besson

Film The Fifth Element Luc Besson has made some of the most memorable genre films of the past 30 years. He’s a writer of action hits and the creator of five successful franchises — “Taxi,” “The Transporter,” “District B13,” “Taken,” and “Nikita.”

Besson is a French director who started in film as a teenager, working as an assistant for directors including Patrick Grandperret and Claude Faraldo.

He moved to the United States for three years before returning to France and starting his own production company.

His first film was a short, a post-apocalyptic science fiction film that won awards. Then he made Subway, a black comedy set in the Paris subway and populated by social outcasts.

He’s made a few more acclaimed movies since then, but the most notable has been “The Fifth Element,” which opened this year at the Cannes Film Festival. He spent $90 million to create a

series of sights so extraordinary that you can’t help but put your criticisms on hold and just appreciate them for what they are.

In addition to being an exceptionally ambitious work of cinema, The Fifth Element also marks the beginning of Besson’s long and varied association with comic artists Jean “Moebius” Giraud and

Billy

Film The Fifth Element Jean-Claude Mezieres. This team is credited with providing much of the creative inspiration behind this ambitious space opera.

Besson has a habit of putting a lot of time and money into the visual aspects of his films, and this one is no exception. He and his team created a dazzling array of visual conceits, from a concert

stage with a towering alien diva whose skin glows ghostly blue to spaceship interiors that are as visually arresting as any in science fiction.

It’s not a perfect film, but it’s a surprisingly effective action-adventure thriller. It doesn’t have the same sexy magnetism as some of Besson’s other works,

but Dane DeHaan and Cara Delevingne provide good supporting turns as their characters are forced into the most extreme situations.

It’s a little disconcerting that so much of The Fifth Element is set in a future that seems more realistic than Star Wars. The world isn’t nearly as bleak as Waterworld, for example, but it does

reflect many of our modern problems: crime, government, abuse, polluted and trash-ridden walkways, and an overcrowded population.

The film’s message is a simple one: that the only way out of our darkest corners is through unity and strength.

Music

The Fifth Elemen is a dazzling cinematic experience that’s as rich with action and intrigue as it is visually striking. But it’s the music that really takes center stage, courtesy of composer Eric Serra.

His score for the sci-fi epic is a roller coaster of emotions ranging from triumphant anthems to haunting mood pieces in the span of about 15 minutes, and the music is as impressive as it is fun.

The best part is that you’ll get to listen to all of it for a mere fraction of the price. This is an exclusive offer from b-fido, so be sure to click that link and snag yourself a copy of the sexiest soundtrack to hit the big screen this year. You’ll be glad you did!
